Terms and Conditions for Online Courses

Welcome to our online courses. Here are the terms and conditions («terms») we have provided for the use of our site ( to access our courses and programs.

Please read these carefully before purchasing the course of your choice from our site. You understand that the purchase and access of the courses in our site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.

By purchasing and using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms then you may not purchase or use the website.

Note that in these terms, references to «we» «us» and «our» pertains to, LLC, a company registered and duly existing under the laws of Armenia with Business Registry Number 286.110.1 121 724 and business address at 17 Argishti, Yerevan 0015, Armenia. References to «you» and «your» pertains to the student.

1. Your Status


By placing an order through our website, you warrant that:

a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
b) You are at least 18 years old;
c) You do not have an outstanding bad debt with us;
d) You have not previously been asked to leave the course because of any derogatory records.


It is extremely important that we have your accurate personal details so that you could receive updated communications from us. Kindly contact [email protected] for any changes on your personal details.


In the event of any misrepresentation under paragraph 1.1 above, we shall be entitled to terminate your course immediately without right of refund on your part.


You understand that in using the site, all communications and notifications will be electronically done.


As user account, you must register using your valid personal email address to receive updated communications and notifications from us. Accounts registered with someone else’s or temporary email addresses may be closed without notice. We may require you to re-validate your account if we believe that you have been using an invalid email address.


You shall comply with the following rules:

  • Have all equipment necessary for the video conferencing software: device capable of handling video conferencing, such as Zoom (e.g. laptop or smartphone), webcam and microphone with sufficient quality for you to be heard, seen and understood by the teacher.
  • Have reliable Internet connection with bandwidth and stability sufficient for the proper video conferencing.
  • Do all home assignments on time. Home assignments are provided by the teacher.
  • Promote healthy, helpful and friendly relationships within the group.
  • Keep camera background clean of distraction during the online class.
  • Abstain from making any uncalled noise that might distract the classmates or the teacher.
  • Pay tuition fees in full and on time in a manner provided by the management of
  • Notify the teacher a day prior to being absent in the class unless you are physically incapable of informing us because of your health or during emergency situation, in which case you have to inform us afterwards or through a third party.
  • Attend at least 50% of the class.
  • Attend scheduled classes on time.
  • Talk to the teacher and his/her classmates only in a respectful and friendly manner.
  • Try to resolve all disputes with the teacher first before communicating with the management any unresolved issues.
  • In case of absence, you may ask the management of the school to provide the recordings during the day you were absent. The management may provide such recordings at its sole discretion.
  • Undergo a weekly evaluation by taking a test for Speaking, Reading, Listening, Vocabulary, Grammar and Writing.


If you fail the weekly evaluation three times (failing the 3-consecutive evaluation). will offer you the option of dropping the course or being transferred to another group and pay once again for 100% fees of the new module.

1.8. will not provide replacement classes or extra materials for students who missed a lesson without justifiable reason. However,, may in its sole discretion, provide remedial lessons (additional lessons free of charge for clarifying and repeating material.

2. Your Status


You agree to use the courses only for personal purposes. You may not use the course or any part of them for commercial purposes. You may not re-sell or make available to any third party the courses without prior written consent of

4. Cancellation and refunds


If you drop out of your course, is not obligated to refund your tuition fees to compensate for the value of services provided before the cancellation notice and to compensate for any damages resulting from such cancellation, in accordance with article 30 of the Law of Armenia on the Protection of Consumer Rights.

Your access to courses may be terminated by written notice if you are in material breach of these terms and such is not remedied within the period of 14 days after written notice of the breach has been given to you. No refund shall be paid if your access to courses is terminated because of a material breach of these terms.

5. Our liability


Liability to losses you have suffered as a result of non-compliance on our part on the provision of the terms is strictly limited to the tuition fee you have paid.


We are not responsible for indirect losses including but not limited to:

a) Loss of income or revenue;
b) Loss of contracts;
c) Loss of anticipated savings;
d) Loss of data;
e) Waste of time whether caused by tort or negligence and breach of contract.

7. Notices

8. Force Majeure


In no event shall we be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of Nature, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services.


Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the force majeure events continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. It being understood that we shall use reasonable efforts which are consistent with accepted practices in the online learning industry to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.

9. Waiver


No waiver of any provision of these terms will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by the party against which it is sought to be enforced.


The delay or failure by us to exercise or enforce any of its rights under these terms is not a waiver of our right to later enforce those rights, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such right preclude any other or further exercise of these rights or any other right.

10. Data Privacy

The parties fully understand and agree to abide by the applicable data privacy laws. Thus, we will only collect or process personal information for the purpose of providing our services and we will not keep it longer after accomplishment of the purpose unless we are legally obligated to do so.

11. Amendment


We may amend the terms and conditions provided herein at any time by reasonable notice, including without limitation by posting revised terms on our website, which amended terms and conditions shall be binding upon you.


If there is any conflict between the amended terms and conditions with specific terms in the website, then the latter shall prevail.

12. Law and jurisdiction

This terms as well as contracts for the purchase of courses through our site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Armenian, without giving effect to conflict of law rules.

13. Miscellaneous


If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms and conditions are intended to be effective, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby.


You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
